Eppley Airfield in Omaha, Nebraska, is about 20 minutes from Harrah's Convention Center (site of the CEASD 2010 conference and hotel accommodations). Kansas City International is three hours from Harrah's; Des Moines International Airport is two hours from Harrah's.

Airport to Hotel
It is recommended guests plan to take taxi cabs between Eppley Airfield and Harrah's Convention Center. Estimated cost for one-way passage is $35 (tip included). There is a possibility of limited shuttle service provided by Iowa School for the Deaf.

Shuttle Service
Harrah's operates a complimentary shuttle from Eppley Airfield daily between 5 a.m. - 7 p.m. To request service, once you have reached the airport, please dial 712.329.6000. Press "0" for operator, and request shuttle service to the hotel.
